These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Ophilion. By placing an order you accept these terms.
How a contract is formed
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a dispatch confirmation email, and the contract is formed at that point. An order confirmation email on its own is an acknowledgement, not acceptance.
We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, if we identify a pricing or description error, or if we are unable to obtain payment authorisation.
Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
We take reasonable care with pricing, but if we discover an error before dispatch we will contact you and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours may vary between screens. Product images are illustrative, and packaging may differ from the photograph.
Information on this site about ingredients or wellbeing is provided for general information only and is not medical advice. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking medication, consult a qualified professional before use. Always patch test and read the product label before use.
Availability
We aim to keep the store accurate but cannot guarantee an item will be in stock. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Your right to cancel
You have a statutory right to cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery. See our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Our liability
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was made, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the Ophilion name, logo, text, images and design, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
